The laundry facilities provide a great service and allow guests to wash their clothes for free, an awesome perk.

A couple of roaches popped up , possibly due to extended guests, but it raises concerns about cleanliness. The laundry room could use more washers and dryers, as well as better ventilation. It would be better if the rooms had windows that opened for some fresh air.

comforts of reasonably spacious and brand-new room with 2 queen beds were fabulous. location: the hotel was near the one on the east side of plano, restaurants, and a good area of plano. i had coffee at red truck cafe, located within 10 minutes walk.

It was exceptional 4 days, would definitely go back. Everything was good and the rooms were extremely spacious and brand-new. The location was good and magnificent, the staff were helpful.

The staff was mad friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The room had this dope big screen TV and high-speed wifi, real nice. Just wish the parking wasn't such a struggle, took us a minute to find a spot.

Unfortunately, there was an off-putting odor in the lobby which seeped into our room, and the carpet seemed outdated and in need of replacement.

I appreciated the effort the staff made to help accommodate us when we encountered issues. The laundry facilities were a bonus, but I recommend washing your clothes later in the evening for better availability. It had potential with some attention needed.

The laundry room was a disaster, not enough machines, and the air was stale, just so unacceptable. And don't even get me started on the smell. It was like stepping into a gym locker room. How dare they not upgrade my room for my troubles? Just couldn't give a good review after that disaster.

This was just an optimal selection for a weekend adventure in Plano with excellent value. The laundry facilities are free, but watch your clothes during busy times. Try to wash them in the evening for more privacy.

My purpose was leisure, and I stayed for five nights. the property was spotless with a pleasant aroma upon entering. the spacious room featured a well, equipped mini, kitchen and a full, size refrigerator, enhancing the comfort of my stay. Tyler at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check, in a breeze. the secluded location was peaceful yet conveniently close to various shopping options. Overall, the staff's friendliness and the room's amenities made my stay enjoyable.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
